AMAC: The management scale of private equity funds exceeds 20 trillion yuan.

On the 23rd, the latest data released by the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association showed that as of the end of April 2025, there were 141,600 outstanding private equity funds with a total fund size of 20.22 trillion yuan. The principal person in charge of the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association stated that currently, the development momentum of equity and mergers and acquisitions funds is in sync with the current trend of the improvement in China's real economy. The Association will focus on promoting the formation of a good ecological chain of "fundraising, investment, management, and exit" for private equity funds, promoting the high-quality development of the equity and mergers and acquisitions fund industry, and making new and greater contributions to cultivating and strengthening new quality productivity and serving the major strategic, key areas, and weak links of the country's economic and social development.
