Zhitaong Finance APP news, Wishing Technology Holdings (02458.HK) announced that the Board of Directors has proposed appointing Ms. Jiang Xueying (Ms. Jiang) as an independent non-executive director of the Company to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Liang's retirement. The proposed appointment of Ms. Jiang will be subject to approval by the shareholders of the Company at the annual general meeting by ordinary resolution, and if approved, will take effect at the end of the annual general meeting. After being appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company, Ms. Jiang will also serve as the chairperson of the Board Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
