The Economic Observer App reports that Hima Medical (03309.HK) has announced that due to Chairman, Executive Director and CEO Dr. Lin Shunchao wishing to devote more time to clinical work, ophthalmic technology, and the research and development of new technologies, he has submitted his resignation as Chairman, Executive Director and CEO, effective from June 1, 2025. After resigning from the above positions, Dr. Lin will continue to work in the company as an ophthalmologist providing medical services to the group's patients, and will also serve as a senior consultant providing advice to the group, effective from June 1, 2025.
