The General Office of the Ministry of Commerce has issued the "Guidelines for the Filing of Wholesale and Storage Enterprises of Refined Oil Products". Enterprises that have been registered and engaged in wholesale and storage activities of refined oil products before the publication of these guidelines should complete the filing process within 90 days from the date of publication. Enterprises that are registered or engaged in wholesale and storage activities of refined oil products after the publication of these guidelines should promptly complete the filing process. If there are changes to the information of the enterprises that have been filed, or if the submitted certificates expire and need to be replaced, the filing change should be completed within 30 days from the date of the information change or certificate expiration. If the change is not made within the deadline, it will be noted in the searchable information of the enterprise. Enterprises that have been filed and approved for deregistration by the market supervision department should promptly complete the filing for deregistration.
