Director of the State Forestry and Grassland Administration, Liu Guohong, meets with Nepalese Minister of Forests and Environment, Takuri.

On May 23, Liu Guohong, Director of the State Forestry and Grassland Administration, met with Nepalese Minister of Forests and Environment Tikuri, who was in China to attend the 13th Council Meeting of the International Bamboo and Rattan Organization. The two sides exchanged views and reached consensus on cooperation in the restoration of forest and grassland ecosystems, development and utilization of bamboo and rattan resources, industrial development of forest products, and conservation of wildlife. Both sides agreed to hold the fifth meeting of the China-Nepal Forestry Working Group to discuss cooperation in relevant areas and develop corresponding cooperation plans.
