Cloud Horse disclosed on the evening of May 23 a plan to issue shares to specific targets in 2025, with a proposed fundraising of no more than 640 million yuan, which will be used for the annual production of 135,000 tons of DTY yarn and 120,000 tons of high-performance leather-based fabric project.
