On the morning of May 21, Deputy Commissioner Zhao Zenglian of the General Administration of Customs met with Uruguay's Minister of Livestock, Agriculture, and Fisheries, Flati at the Customs office. Both sides exchanged views on topics such as customs inspection and quarantine cooperation between China and Uruguay, and signed a cooperation agreement. Uruguay's Ambassador to China, Lugris, attended the meeting.
