News from the Citic Securities APP, Huitongda Network (09878) announced that on May 21, 2025, the Remuneration and Assessment Committee decided and approved to grant a total of 18 million share options under the 2024 H-share option plan to a total of 39 grantees, with an exercise price of HK$19.300 per H-share.
