China Securities Journal APP News, State Grid Information & Communication (600131.SH) announced that the company plans to invest 1.853 billion yuan in cash to acquire 100% equity of State Grid Information & Communication Industry Group Co., Ltd.'s subsidiary State Grid Information & Communication Yili Technology Co., Ltd. After the completion of the transaction, Yili Technology will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
