The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission prohibits He Yanzhen from re-entering the industry for five months.

According to the CCT Financial APP, the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong has banned former executives and core functionaries of Lion Futures Limited (Lion Futures) including director He Yanxing (male) from re-entering the industry for five months, from May 21, 2025, to October 20, 2025. The SFC had already disciplined Lion Futures before taking the disciplinary action, as the company did not comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations and other regulatory requirements from May 2017 to July 2019.
