State Grid Information and Communication Network announced that the company plans to invest 1.853 billion yuan in cash to acquire 100% equity of Yili Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of State Grid Information and Communication Industry Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder. After the transaction is completed, Yili Technology will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset restructuring.
