DE R.L.DE C.V., intends to purchase the permanent ownership of 52,297.39 square meters of land located in the Apaseo El Grande Industrial Park in Guanajuato, Mexico, at a price of $59 per square meter. The total transaction price is $3.0855 million, equivalent to approximately 22.1817 million RMB. The company has successfully completed the due diligence of the proposed land purchase and signed the formal Land Purchase Agreement on May 20, 2025. This transaction is not considered a related party transaction or a significant asset restructuring, and the funds for the purchase are from the company's own capital.
