The General Office of the People's Government of Shanghai Municipality has issued the "Shanghai Special Action Plan to Boost Consumption," which strengthens the role of investment in supporting consumption. It increases government investment in projects in the fields of education, healthcare, skills training, elderly care, childcare, culture, tourism, and sports. It supports eligible projects in consumption, cultural tourism, elderly care, etc., to issue real estate investment trust funds in infrastructure.
