Shanghai: intensify efforts to expand the implementation of consumer goods for old-for-new exchange.

The General Office of the People's Government of Shanghai Municipality issued the "Shanghai Municipality Revitalizing Consumption Special Action Plan". It mentions promoting automobile consumption, effectively implementing the national automobile scrappage and renewal subsidy policy and our city's automobile replacement and renewal subsidy policy. Implementing the national policy of subsidizing the exchange of old home appliances for new ones, adding subsidies for purchasing new digital products such as mobile phones, tablets, smart watches, and intensifying support for consumption of green home appliances and home furnishings.
