The General Office of the People's Government of Shanghai Municipality has issued the "Shanghai Special Action Plan to Boost Consumption". It includes increasing the supply of high-quality medical services, improving the international medical service system, developing specialty outpatient departments, clinics, and international Chinese medicine medical services, promoting personalized medical services that cover the entire lifecycle through a combination of general and specialized services. It also aims to optimize the management of international medical service charges, improve the mental health service system, and intensify the promotion of rehabilitation aids while encouraging their inclusion in the individual medical insurance payment scope. The implementation of the special action plan to promote health consumption includes the development of new formats such as RV camping and tent camping, and support for the development of sports equipment and sports training industries.
