Enterprise payment and financial platform Airwallex completed a $300 million Series F financing, with a valuation of $6.2 billion. This round of financing includes $150 million in secondary share sales. After this round of financing, Airwallex's total financing amount exceeds $1.2 billion, with investors including Square Peg, DST Global, Lone Pine Capital, Blackbird, Airtree, Salesforce Ventures, and several pension funds. Visa Ventures, as a strategic investor, also participated in this financing. Airwallex will use this round of financing to expand its global financial services infrastructure to more markets and continue to optimize and expand its software platform.
