On May 20th, Liu Huanxin, Director of the State Administration of Grain and Material Reserves, met with the visiting Uruguayan Minister of Livestock, Agriculture, and Fisheries, Mr. Luis Alfredo Fratti, and his delegation. The two sides had in-depth discussions on implementing the consensus of the fourth ministerial meeting of the China-Latin America Forum and further promoting exchange and cooperation in food security between China and Uruguay.
