Zhtng Cijng APP news, MTR Corporation (00066.HK) announced that after the conclusion of the 2025 Annual General Meeting: - Chan Ka Lok has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company and will no longer be the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Engineering Committee; - Engineer Susan Shu Chun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, appointed as a member of the Engineering Committee and the Technology Advisory Group by the Board of Directors; - Dr. Tang Jia Cheng, an independent non-executive director of the company, member of the Audit and Risk Committee, and member of the Finance and Investment Committee, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee by the Board of Directors, and will no longer serve as a member of the Finance and Investment Committee.
