Cathay Pacific employees' salary compensation model will be maintained until the end of June.

Cathay Pacific and Haiphong employees have received a notice regarding salary arrangements. Under the original mode, salary payments will be retained until the end of June this year. After that, they will "optimize and improve the salary system while considering external competitiveness and internal fairness, in accordance with national regulations, regulatory requirements, and strategic development needs."
