Wuhan Tianyuan Announcement: Recently, Nanning Fengyuan Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. signed a "Franchise Operation Agreement on 4 Water Purification Plants and Supporting Pipeline Networks in Shaji Factory, Erkengxi Factory, Jiuquwan Factory, Wuxu Phase II Factory, etc." with Nanning Underground Pipeline and Water Works Center. The estimated total investment of this project is 1.326 billion yuan, with a franchise operation period of 35 years from the effective date of the agreement. The project will be implemented using the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, with the company responsible for investment, construction, operation, and maintenance of the project in exchange for sewage treatment service fees.
