The strong convective weather in Fujian and Jiangxi provinces has caused the suspension of multiple railway lines.
The reporter learned from China Railway Nanchang Group Co., Ltd. that in response to the impact of severe convective weather, the railway department has suspended some passenger trains passing through the Fengfu, Wangan, Yingxia, and other railways in Fujian and Jiangxi regions from May 21st to 24th. It is understood that this severe convective weather will affect the high-speed railways such as Hukun, Hefu, Nanlong, Changfu, Qujiu in Fujian and Jiangxi provinces, as well as some sections of the Fengfu, Wangan, Yingxia, Quying, and Quning conventional speed railways. Currently, the railway department has arranged 41 emergency response teams along the relevant railway lines to deal with any emergencies.
