Wentech Technology announced in an investor relations activity record notice that in the SiC product line, the company officially released the 1200V automotive-grade SiC MOSFET series products in May, which can be applied to automotive applications such as on-board chargers, traction inverters, DC-DC converters, and HVAC systems, and is currently undergoing customer import certification. At the same time, from the production capacity perspective, the 8-inch SiC and GaN production lines that the company started building last year have completed equipment installation.
