Fudan Fuhua announced on May 21st that the company's board of directors recently received written resignation reports from Zhou Chihao and Shen Min. Due to work adjustment reasons, Zhou Chihao applied to resign from the position of company CFO, and Shen Min applied to resign from the position of company board secretary. After resigning from the above positions, Zhou Chihao will continue to serve as a member of the company's party committee and vice general manager, while Shen Min will continue to serve as a member of the company's party committee. The resignation reports will take effect upon delivery to the company's board of directors. The 11th board of directors of the company held its 12th meeting on May 21, 2025 and approved the proposal for appointing senior management personnel, appointing Wen Guoxiang as the company's CFO, and appointing Zhou Jie as the company's board secretary.
