On May 21, the board of directors of Garden Holdings announced that they had received a resignation report from Zhang Yanliang, a member of the board of directors, the Strategic and Investment Committee, the President, and the Secretary of the board of directors. Zhang Yanliang resigned from the above positions due to personal reasons. After resigning, Zhang Yanliang will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries. The resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. During the vacancy of the board secretary, the duties will be performed by Wu Guanghong, the chairman of the board of directors.
