According to the Discipline Inspection Commission of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited and the Discipline Inspection Commission of Sichuan Province, Huang Tiande, former Party Secretary and Chairman of China Railway Urban Development Investment Group Co., Ltd., is suspected of serious violations of discipline and laws. The Discipline Inspection Commission of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited is currently conducting disciplinary inspections on him. The National Supervisory Commission designated the Sichuan Provincial Supervisory Commission to oversee the case, and the Sichuan Provincial Supervisory Commission designated the Guangyuan City Supervisory Commission to oversee the case.
