Shanghai Bank: Deputy President Wang Ming Resigns

Shanghai Bank announced on May 21 that the Board of Directors has received the resignation letter from Wang Ming. Due to a reassignment of organizational work, Wang Ming has resigned from the position of vice president of the company. The Board of Directors deliberated and approved the proposal of "Wang Ming's Resignation as Vice President", agreeing to Wang Ming's resignation from the position of vice president of the company, effective from the date of approval by the Board of Directors. Wang Ming also resigned from the position of Chief Legal Counsel of the company and no longer holds any position in the company.
