The reassessment of Chinese assets may have just begun, with the A500ETF fund volume surging.
On May 21st, the A500ETF fund rose by 0.42%, with a trading volume of 32 billion yuan, leading in liquidity among similar funds. Zhang Yidong, Chief Global Strategist at Industrial Securities, said that Chinese assets are expected to become a safe haven for global capital fleeing US dollar assets in the context of "stability in the East and turmoil in the West", and the reassessment of Chinese assets may just be beginning. In the second half of 2025 and beyond, there is great potential for the Chinese capital market. A-shares are expected to exhibit the characteristics of "stable index, bullish structure".
