In the end, Hubei Tianchuang Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd. won the bid with a total price of 3.415 billion yuan, with a transaction floor price of 14,506 yuan per square meter and a premium rate of 30.59%. Three residential land parcels in Huangpi District were all sold at the base price. The total transaction amount for these 4 parcels of land was 984 million yuan.
