The crew of Shen 20 spacecraft will soon carry out their first spacewalk.

According to the China Manned Space Engineering Office, since the successful entry into the space station complex on April 25, 2025 Beijing time, the crew of Shenzhou-20 spacecraft has completed tasks such as rotation with the Shenzhou-19 crew, maintenance of the space station platform, life and health support, on-orbit installation of protective devices for the radial hatch of the node module, in-orbit environmental monitoring and equipment maintenance, extravehicular spacesuit inspection testing, inventory of materials, etc. They have also conducted on-orbit training projects such as medical rescue drills, and have steadily progressed in various space science experiments. Currently, the space station complex is running stably, the crew of Shenzhou-20 spacecraft is in good condition, and they will soon carry out their first extravehicular activity.
