On May 20th, Infineon Technologies AG announced that it will collaborate with NVIDIA to develop the next-generation power system to revolutionize the power delivery architecture required for future artificial intelligence data centers. Infineon stated that this new system architecture can significantly improve the energy distribution efficiency within data centers and support direct power conversion for AI chips (graphics processing units) within server motherboards.
