Microsoft-supported British tech unicorn Builder.ai announced that it will initiate bankruptcy proceedings and bring in a manager to oversee the company's operations. Builder.ai has investors including the Qatar Investment Authority and has raised over $450 million. It has revised its revenue data downward to investors and has hired auditors to review the financial statements of the past two years.
