Smart financial news APP reported that Wang Dynasty Liquor (00828.HK) issued an announcement on May 20, 2025 (after trading hours of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong), stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary Wang Dynasty Brewing has entered into a compensation agreement with Tianjin Yiyang. Wang Dynasty Brewing conditionally agrees to transfer equipment to Tianjin Yiyang in exchange for a total compensation of RMB 52.7486 million (equivalent to approximately HK$ 57.149 million), that is, compensation.
