Zhtng Cijng APP News, Jihu t (688141.SH) issued an announcement that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiwt Widinz (Hngzhu) Yuxin Gngs (hereinafter referred to as "Jiwt"), intend to directly and indirectly acquire a total of 3.1874 billion yuan in equity of Nanjing Tianyi Hxin Electronic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianyi Hxin" or "the target company"), accounting for a total of 40.89% of the shareholder equity, and actually control a total of 41.31% of the equity of the target company. In addition, the company and Jiwt will collectively appoint three directors to the board of Tianyi Hxin, accounting for three-fifths of its overall board seats, thereby bringing it into the company's consolidated financial statements.
