On May 20th, Huazhu Group released its financial report for the first quarter of 2025, showing a revenue of 5.4 billion yuan, an increase of 2.2% compared to the same period last year; during the same period, the hotel operating income was 22.5 billion yuan, an increase of 14.3% year-on-year. The net profit attributable to the parent company in the first quarter was 894 million yuan, compared to 659 million yuan in the same period last year. As of the end of the first quarter, Huazhu Group had 11,685 operating hotels with a total of 1.1422 million rooms, including 11,564 hotels in China.
