According to the Beijing Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission, on May 20th, the bidding price for the urban village renovation project in Banbidian area of Haidian District, Beijing, known as plots HD00-2201-0003 and 0004, started at 4.06 billion yuan. In the end, Poly Development and Beijing Construction secured the land at a total price of 45.45 billion yuan, with a final floor price of 78,418 yuan per square meter, a premium rate of 11.95%.
