Grab's Indonesian operations face a strike crisis, as its $7 billion acquisition of GoTo Group hits a snag.

The largest market in Southeast Asia with a population of 275 million is experiencing intense turmoil: over 25,000 ride-hailing and food delivery drivers plan to hold a 24-hour strike to protest against platform commission policies and regulatory shortcomings, at a critical juncture for Grab's acquisition of GoTo's Indonesian business.
