The Fifth Meeting of the China-Saudi High-Level Joint Committee on Trade, Investment and Technology Subcommittee was held.

On May 19, Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao and Saudi Minister of Investment Fahd Al-Rasheed co-chaired the fifth meeting of the China-Saudi Joint Committee on Trade, Investment, and Technology through video. The two sides focused on implementing the consensus of the leaders of the two countries, deepening bilateral cooperation in trade, investment, industrial chains, scientific and technological fields, and maintaining the multilateral trading system, exchanging views thoroughly on these topics. Through the meeting minutes, the two sides reached agreements on over 60 cooperation items.
