Aerospace Electronics: Director Chen Lei Resigns

Aerospace Electronics announced on May 20th that the Board of Directors received a written resignation from director Chen Lei. Due to job changes, Chen Lei has resigned from the 13th Board of Directors of the company. Chen Lei's resignation did not result in the number of board members falling below the legally required minimum, and will not affect the normal operation of the Board of Directors. According to the company's Articles of Association, Chen Lei's resignation will take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors.
