Dawn Group Announcement: The Board of Directors received a resignation report from Director Jiang Wan on May 20, 2025. Jiang Wan resigned from the position of Director of the 11th Board of Directors and member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors for personal reasons, and will not hold any position in the company after resignation. Jiang Wan does not hold any shares of the company and has no disagreements with the company. Jiang Wan's resignation will not result in the number of directors falling below the statutory minimum, but will lead to the number of Audit Committee members falling below the statutory minimum. The company will promptly elect to fill the relevant positions.
