Huaxin Securities successfully issued Anhui Province's first financial institution technology innovation bond.

On May 19, Huatai Securities successfully issued the "Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. 2025 Technology Innovation Subordinated Bonds" to professional investors in Shanghai Stock Exchange. The size of this bond issuance is 500 million yuan, with a coupon rate of 1.98% and a maturity of 3 years. It is the first financial institution technology innovation bond in Anhui Province and the second securities company technology innovation subordinated bond in China.
