The fourth Sino-French Energy Dialogue was successfully held.
In order to coordinate with the tenth Sino-French high-level economic and financial dialogue, on May 16, 2025, Ren Jingdong, Deputy Director of the National Energy Administration of China, and Sophie Mourlon, Director-General of Energy and Climate from France, co-chaired the fourth Sino-French energy dialogue in Paris, France. This dialogue focused on energy security and green transformation, with in-depth discussions on topics such as nuclear power, renewable energy, green electricity certificates, hydrogen energy, and energy storage, exploring deepening cooperation in the clean energy field between China and France. Both sides emphasized that China and France have extensive common interests and vast cooperation space in the field of energy, and are willing to uphold the principles of mutual respect and win-win cooperation, strengthen policy exchanges and practical cooperation, contribute Sino-French wisdom and solutions to the global energy transition process, and inject new energy into the continuous healthy development of Sino-French bilateral relations.
