From January to April, Zhejiang ranked first in the country in terms of imports and exports to Latin America.

According to statistics from Hangzhou Customs, in the first four months of this year, Zhejiang's import and export to Latin America amounted to 181.47 billion yuan, an increase of 4.8%; exports amounted to 145.06 billion yuan, an increase of 21.5%. The total import and export value accounted for 15.6% of the total import and export value to Latin America in the same period, and the export value accounted for 22.3% of the total export value to Latin America in the same period. Both figures are the highest in the country, reaching a historical high for the same period.
