ST Huaxi: Chairman and CEO Li Renchao resigns for personal reasons.

On May 20th, ST Huaxi announced that the Board of Directors received a written resignation report from the Chairman and President, Li Renchao, on May 17th, 2025. Li Renchao, due to personal reasons, applied to resign from the positions of director, chairman, president, as well as member of the Board's Strategic and Investment Committee and Nominating Committee. After resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries.
