Union Technology Announcement: Holding subsidiary Shanghai Baofeng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will be transferred to the innovation layer, and the decision to enter the layer will take effect from May 20, 2025. Shanghai Baofeng meets the entry requirements for the innovation layer specified in the "National SME Share Transfer System Layer Management Measures," which include "net profits not less than 10 million yuan in the past two years, a weighted average return on equity not less than 6% in the past two years, and a total share capital of not less than 20 million yuan as of the date of entry into the layer."
