Wisdom Finance APP News, Xinyuan Services (01895.HK) announced that on May 19, 2025, the group's several member companies entered into an asset offset agreement with the related Xinyuan Real Estate company. According to this agreement, the related Xinyuan Real Estate company agreed to transfer the subject property to the group's member companies for a total price of RMB 29,334,247. The price will be paid by offsetting several unpaid accounts receivable owed by the related Xinyuan Real Estate company and its respective subsidiaries and affiliates to the group.
