Hong Kong Customs hosts the 26th World Customs Organization Asia-Pacific Regional Heads of Customs Administration Conference.

The 26th Asia-Pacific Heads of Customs Conference organized by the Hong Kong Customs on the 19th, will last for 4 days. This conference will cover discussions on various customs initiatives and actions in the Asia-Pacific region, allowing participants to share opinions and make resolutions to promote connections and trade facilitation measures among regional members, and to promote the development of customs affairs within the region. Deputy Chairperson of the Asia-Pacific Region of the World Customs Organization and Commissioner of Hong Kong Customs, Chen Zida, said in his opening speech that the conference serves as an important platform for discussing regional policy directions and developing global customs future development guidelines, encouraging participants to share opinions and experiences, propose initiatives, and understand the latest developments in customs. He hopes that members of the Asia-Pacific region can jointly undertake customs affairs, promote regional cooperation, and address global challenges.
