Yuexiu Property's subsidiary intends to sell 65% equity of Beijing Haizhen Real Estate for approximately 4.149 billion yuan.
Yuexiu Real Estate announced that on May 19, 2025, the company's non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhan Kangjing Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., intends to sell 65% equity of Beijing Haizhen Real Estate Co., Ltd. to Beijing Runzhi Commercial Operation Management Co., Ltd. for approximately RMB 4.149 billion. As of the date of this announcement, the target company is wholly owned by the seller and is a project company holding land in the Gongde Temple area. The company expects that the sale will allow the group to quickly recover its capital, thereby effectively improving capital turnover efficiency. At the same time, the sale will support the continuous development and expansion of the group's new projects, enhancing the group's financial flexibility and market competitiveness.
