Zhixin Finance and Economics APP News, Yuexiu Real Estate (00123.HK) announced that on May 19, 2025, its non-wholly owned subsidiary Wuhan Kangjing Industry Investment Co., Ltd. plans to sell 65% equity of Beijing Haizhen Real Estate Co., Ltd. to Beijing Runzhi Commercial Operation Management Co., Ltd. for approximately RMB 4.149 billion.
