Currently, over 70% of the social media growth work at Qunar is completed by AI. In the field of intelligent customer service, AI has shortened the training time for new customer service representatives to one-third of the original time, and user satisfaction has increased by 13%. Chen Gang predicts that in the next two years, AI will drive fundamental changes in the industry.
