Recently, the China Bank Hainan Branch successfully handled the registration of domestic enterprises going public overseas for Hainan Junda New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. This is the first time that a bank in Hainan has handled the registration of domestic enterprises going public overseas under the guidance of the Hainan branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. It is reported that with the continuous deepening of the registration system reform and the accelerated internationalization of the capital market, the pace of domestic enterprises going public overseas is increasing.
